Rembrandt A Picture Of Health Andrew Thornton is looking forward to teaming up with Sir Rembrandt on his reappearance at Cheltenham tomorrow. The jockey reported the nine-year-old gelding, who has been placed in the totesport Gold Cup for the last two seasons, to be in good form ahead of the Servo Computer Services Trophy Handicap Chase. 'He´s coming to hand nicely and we are looking forward to it,' Thornton told At The Races. Sir Rembrandt has to give weight all round in what will be his first run in handicap company since finishing second to Bindaree in the Coral Welsh National almost two years ago. However, the rain-softened going will be in his favour. 'He´s been waiting for the ground. He loves Cheltenham and although he´s top weight, he´s used to it,' Thornton added. 'Hopefully we can start the season in good form. 'He might be further forward than his stablemate Kingscliff because he (Sir Rembrandt) is a very forward-thinking horse. 'He´s as straight as Robert (Alner) can get him and he seems in terrific form with himself.'(C) PA Sport
