The Irish Stallion Farms EBF Salsabil Stakes is one of three stakes races on the card at Navan on Saturday and features some promising fillies with a field of seven set to line up.

Noel Meade's Caught U Looking carries a 3lb penalty for her win in last year's Weld Park Stakes at the Curragh. She was last seen finishing sixth to Ylang Ylang in the Group 1 bet365 Fillies´ Mile at Newmarket in October.

Speaking at Gowran yesterday, Meade said: “The way she’s bred we thought it was better to go that direction (up in trip) being by Harzand out of a Mastercraftsman mare.

“I’m happy with her and she’s ready to run.”

Paddy Twomey has started the new season very well and runs the unbeaten Purple Lily, winner of a Galway maiden last year and successful on her reappearance at Naas last month.

As is the case with Caught U Looking, Twomey's daughter of Calyx will be stepping up to ten furlongs for the first time and the Cashel-based handler is happy with her preparations.

“She is in great form and the plan is to go there."

“She won well at Naas and has been training well since. We’re looking forward to going Saturday.”
