His jockey Chris Hayes said: "It's a small field but he's straightforward. He surprised me and everyone else bar the owner and trainer the last day putting up a performance like that. The handicapper gave him 12lb so he's not far behind the best. "I'm just hoping they go quick because if they do I don't think it matters what track they are on as he's won at places like Killarney and Leopardstown, he's a big, honest horse. "We'll take our time regardless and I just hope there's a bit of pace."
