Sky Bet fearing an O'Hare gamble

The lowly Sedgefield card on Tuesday has bookmakers Sky Bet fearing a 'Barney Curley' style monster gamble taking place on the five runners sent over by trainer Michael O'Hare.

A stable treble at Naas landed a massive punt for connections last year and they followed up with a double on the same card this year.

Matt Doyle of Sky Bet said: "Our trading room is on high alert as we don't fancy being caught out by such a shrewd outfit with a £500,000 liability running on in multiples on what is usually a quiet Tuesday.'
