Having raced in Group 1 company last time, Snowing made the most of a significant drop in class to open her account in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Laidlaw Cup Fillies Maiden at Leopardstown.

Sent off 5/4f under Wayne Lordan, the Aidan O'Brien trained filly sat second under Wayne Lordan before heading leader Ita Florence early in the straight.

Quickening clear over a furlong out, the market leader scored by four-lengths to complete a treble on the card for O'Brien and Lordan.

Stable Representative Chris Gordon reported: "It was obviously a drop in class for her. She had run in a couple of bigger races on her last couple of starts. She had a very good run around here in the Ingabelle on Champions Weekend. We thought she'd be hard to beat coming here. It was very straightforward and she hit the line well. All being well, if she winters well and comes through the spring, we'll bring her back here for a Guineas trial and see what she does."
