Star Chasers On The Way Back Fundamentalist and Ollie Magern, two of the biggest names in Nigel Twiston-Davies´ stable, are well on the road to recovery and are both expected to make a racecourse return in the next two months. Hennessy runner-up Ollie Magern is likely to be seen first following his recovery from surgery on a cracked cannonbone in his off-hind leg. A winner of five novice contests, he was last seen when just beaten by It Takes Time in the totesport Chase at Lingfield in February. His rider Carl Llewellyn told At The Races: 'He is in great form and has schooled already this season. He has jumped well, so he´s bang on course to run pretty soon. 'I don´t know what race he will run in, but he will be back in three weeks or a month.' Fundamentalist, who easily beat subsequent Arkle winner Contraband before a couple of disappointments, has been treated for a mild tendon strain on his off-fore leg. Llewellyn added: 'He´s back cantering away - I saw him on Monday morning and he looked to be in good form. He´ll be out in a month or two.'(C) PA Sport
