Three Irish runners in Britain today

There is some Irish interest in Britain today with jockey Andrew Lynch going to Hereford for one ride, Fitzgutentyte in the 4.20 race, the Lindsey Catering Handicap Chase, for Bunclody, Co Wexford based trainer Cormac Farrell.

The 6yo daughter of Beneficial has little to boast on his previous racecourse form but was placed on each of her point to point starts and now makes her chase debut.

Elsewhere Larne, Co Antrim based Roy Wilson sends Gris Lord to contest the opening Summer Fun With Texas 2nd July Novices´ Hurdle while his Seriatim contests the concluding X-factor Carlisle Live 24th July Bumper.

Wilson has done well with his British raiders in recent seasons and was successful with his latest overseas runner Yes Tom, in a novice hurdle at Ayr on February 12.
