The John Kiely trained dual-Listed winning mare Toe The Line will make her debut over hurdles in the Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Mares Maiden Hurdle at Wexford tomorrow afternoon.

The 7-y-o daughter of Shantou started off life in bumpers before developing into a high-class middle distance performer on the flat and it has long been the plan to send her over hurdles.

Toe The Line won't have things all her own way at Wexford as a number of other promising sorts have also been declared including the Jessica Harrington trained Forge Meadow which finished second to Augusta Kate in the Listed Mares Bumper at the Punchestown Festival in April.

Willie Mullins is represented by Listowel bumper winner Bargy Lad while Noel Meade's Lettre De Cache sets the standard with an official hurdle rating of 119.

Mrs Harrington is also responsible for the first reserve which is a well-bred newcomer by Beneficial owned by Ann and Alan Potts.
