Treacy OK After Parade Ring Fall Jockey Ryan Treacy faces a short spell on the sidelines after suffering a fall in the parade ring at Sligo on Thursday evening. Treacy was due to partner Katy Brown-trained outsider Raising Cain in the two-and-a-half-mile maiden hurdle before he was unshipped before the race. Raising Cain was withdrawn and Treacy was taken to hospital for further assessment. Dr Adrian McGoldrick, the Turf Club's chief medical officer, said on Friday morning: "Ryan is fine. He was scanned in Sligo and he just has some bruising in his pelvis. "He'll be out for about 10 days. We'll review him at that stage, but currently it's significant bruising, nothing more than that. "There was great concern for him, obviously, as he'd very badly fractured his pelvis last year in Galway."
