Twice Over just beaten on return Questioning (10-1) beat Twice Over by a head in a thrilling Weatherbys Earl of Sefton Stakes at Newmarket. John Gosden's four-year-old just got the better of the Sir Henry Cecil-trained 6-5 favourite after a protracted battle in the final furlong. A stewards' inquiry was called after minor interference but the result remained unaltered. Beatrice Aurore (6-1) finished third, while Afsare was fourth after crusing into contention under Jamie Spencer before finding nothing.
