Viztoria will still contest the Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot, despite being a late withdrawal from the Etihad Airways Irish 1,000 Guineas on Sunday.

The Eddie Lynam-trained filly missed the Curragh Classic after she was found to have been coughing in the hours leading up to the race.

Viztoria, a deeply impressive winner of the Athasi Stakes on her seasonal bow, is now set to run against the likes of Irish Guineas heroine Just The Judge in the Group One Coronation on June 21.

Lynam said: "She'll have an easy week, but her main next entry will be the Coronation.

"We took her out of the Guineas because she was coughing, but it's not the end of the world.

"There's a lot of good races for her later in the year and hopefully we can get her to Ascot."

County Meath-based Lynam suffered another disappointment at the weekend when prolific sprinter Sole Power could finish only fourth as the 11/10 favourite for the Temple Stakes at Haydock.

Lynam said: "You'd have to say he was a little bit disappointing, for whatever reason.

"It wasn't really his proper style of racing, but we live to fight another day.

"He's had quite a busy time of it, though, so if anyone's entitled to run below-par it's him.

"I'd still love to run him in the King's Stand at Royal Ascot."

Lynam took greater heart from the encouraging return of fellow sprinter Slade Power, who overcame a lengthy absence to finish third in the Greenlands Stakes at the Curragh on Saturday.

The four-year-old colt will also head to the Royal meeting, where is likely to take in the six-furlong Diamond Jubilee Stakes on June 22.

Lynam said: "He ran well for a long time after a long break and is in good form.

"All being well, we'll go to the Diamond Jubilee with him."
