Dermot Weld was in double form at Cologne in Germany, taking Listed races with Burren Rose and Society Hostess.
Burren Rose claimed the IVG EuroSelect-Preis over a mile and a half while Society Hostess came out on top in the eight-furlong Preis des Porsche Zentrum Koln.

Both fillies are now set to join Christophe Clement´s team in America.

Sir Mark Prescott´s Viz also ran in Burren Rose´s race, but she could finish only seventh under Jean-Pierre Guillambert after making the early pace.

The rider said: 'She didn´t like the firm ground.'
