A day at the Sales The Tote Go Racing Club are organising a unique day out at Goffs on Friday 22nd October which will provide Club members with an ideal opportunity to see what happens behind the scenes at Thoroughbred Sales. Shane O’Dwyer, manager of the Irish Thoroughbred Breeders Association,  will guide the group through the process of a day at the sales, from what happens when you arrive with a yearling, to the mechanics of the sale itself. As the Open Yearling Sale is taking place on this date, the group will also meet up with an agent, auctioneer and spotter at Goffs Sales Complex to explain their roles.
