Alhabeeb for the Gladness Alhabeeb is likely to be Kevin Prendergast's sole representative in the Gladness Stakes at the Curragh on Sunday. The veteran trainer also entered Beach Bunny for the Group Three contest over seven furlongs but she is still on the easy list after coughing. 'Beach Bunny will definitely not run. She was coughing before she was supposed to run at the Curragh a week or so ago,' Prendergast explained. 'She's only just getting over it now, but I think she will be all right in a week to ten days. I'll probably run Alhabeeb as he's very high in the handicap and I've no other place to run him.' The Alhaarth gelding scored twice in handicap company last year including off a mark of 100 on the all-weather at Dundalk in November.
