All Systems Go For Bondi Beach Ryan Moore will partner Bondi Beach for the first time in the Emirates Melbourne Cup at Flemington next Tuesday. The Aidan O'Brien-trained colt, who was demoted into second place in last season's English St Leger, is third favourite in the betting for the big race in Australia, with his claims enhanced by the confirmation that Moore is in the saddle. Bondi Beach was last seen finishing third in a Group Three at Leopardstown in September and is reported in good order following his arrival Down Under. "Bondi Beach has arrived in Australia in great order, we are very happy with him," Nick Williams, son of part-owner Lloyd, told www.racing.com. "Aidan O'Brien is the best trainer in the world, there are no negatives with him and the Irish are eternal optimists. "Ryan Moore will be flying in to ride him and his form this year has been very good."
