Approach heads Dewhurst entries The unbeaten Dawn Approach could try to extend Jim Bolger's tremendous record in the Dubai Dewhurst Stakes after featuring among 92 entries for the Group One contest. The Coolcullen maestro has saddled four of the last six winners of the juvenile prize and next year's 2000 Guineas favourite Dawn Approach has obvious chances of adding to the tally. Following his dominant display in the Coventry Stakes at Royal Ascot, Godolphin stepped in to buy a majority share in the youngster and he will remain in training with Bolger for the rest of this term before a decision is made on his long-term future. Bolger could also run Grafelli, who is following a well-trodden path after winning the Group Three Tyros Stakes at Leopardstown - a race Bolger won with New Approach and Teofilo en route Dewhurst glory. Mars, ante-post favourite with bookmakers for next year's Investec Derby at Epsom, is one of 29 entries for Aidan O'Brien. The master of Ballydoyle could also saddle Coventry Stakes third Cristoforo Columbo and impressive maiden scorers Theatre, Flying The Flag and The United States. Richard Hannon has the likes of Olympic Glory and Toronado engaged, while Michael Bell and John Gosden have entered exciting maiden winners Azrur and Ghurair respectively.
