Article to go chasing next month Fine Article is on course to make his debut over fences at Punchestown in the next few weeks. Trainer Paul Nolan is eyeing a beginners' chase over two and a half miles on November 14 won last year by the Willie Mullins-trained Valseur Lido. Fine Article showed useful form over hurdles last term, but Nolan believes putting the six-year-old over the bigger obstacles will eke out further improvement. "We're hoping to start him off in a two-and-a-half mile beginners' chase at the next Punchestown meeting," said the County Wexford trainer. "He's in good form and hopefully he can improve from his hurdles form."
