Ascot the possible season end for Love Covert Love looks likely to sidestep a trip to the Breeders' Cup, with Ascot a possible end-of-season destination. Hugo Palmer's charge supplemented her Irish Oaks success with victory in the Prix de l'Opera at Longchamp last weekend. Connections have the option of tackling either the Qipco British Champions Fillies & Mares Stakes at Ascot on Saturday week or the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Turf at the end of the month, but a trip to Keeneland appears increasingly unlikely. Palmer said: "There's no definite decision as yet, but she almost certainly won't be going to the Breeders' Cup. "It is likely to be Ascot or no where."
