BEHRAJAN TOPS WEIGHTS IN NAVAN FEATURE

Behrajan will make his seasonal reappearance in the ?65,000 Troytown Handicap Chase at Navan on Sunday according to trainer Henry Daly.

Runner-up in the Hennessy Cognac Gold Cup at Newbury last November, Behrajan has been handed top-weight for his second start on this side of the Irish Sea this year. His presence keeps eight of the 12 entries for the race out of the handicap proper.

Behrajan chased home Alexander Banquet in the Leopardstown Gold Cup in February in which Sackville finished completely tailed off. Frances Crowley's gelding renews rivalry here and others set to take the British raider on are recent Fortria Chase runner-up Arctic Copper and Takagi, a never dangerous fourth in a two-mile race on the Flat at Galway late last month.

Likely favourite for the race is Lord Of The Turf, who although four lbs wrong at the weights, will be bidding to extend his winning run to four.
