Buchanan now on Bolts in Scottish National Peter Buchanan will take the ride on leading contender Nuts N Bolts in this afternoon's Coral Scottish Grand National at Ayr after stable companion Silver By Nature was declared a non-runner. Champion jockey Tony McCoy was originally booked for the ride on Nuts N Bolts but after he suffered injury on Thursday, trainer Lucinda Russell snapped up James Reveley. However, with proven mud lark Silver By Nature taken out of the four-mile marathon on account of the drying conditions, stable jockey Buchanan has switched mounts. Nuts N Bolts is a best priced 16-1 to claim victory for his Scottish trainer.
