Castle comeback at Leopardstown

King Johns Castle could begin his John Smith's Grand National build-up at Leopardstown on Sunday.

Arthur Moore's charge, runner-up to Comply Or Die in last year's Aintree spectacular, is among the entries for the Leopardstown.com Handicap Hurdle over two miles.

"I'd hope to run him at Leopardstown this weekend but we'll have see how things go this week. Regardless of what happens this week he'll run at Naas on March 4th, the same race as last year," the trainer confirmed.

King Johns Castle has been given 10st 10lb for this year's Grand National and Moore was satisifed with that mark.

"The handicapper seems to have it quite tight between the first three home from last year," he said.

"I'm happy enough with our weight and it's good to be under 11st at the moment. Comply Or Die looks well-in as he won snugly last year."
