Noel Kelly is eyeing the spring festivals for Cave Court who has won four times for his stable this year.

The Co Derry trainer saddled a double in Down Royal yesterday and gave an update on both Cave Court and Downpatrick bumper winner Wrecking Ballbilly.

He said: "Wrecking Balbilly and Court Cave are out for a bit of a winter break. They have done a lot for us last year and will be back in at the start of the month.

"Wrecking Balbilly is only turning five and he might get another bumper or a maiden hurdle. He needs experience - he is just a bit green and novicey.

"Cave Court is a nice horse, he has won plenty of times and is climbing the grades.

"He will probably drop back into a hurdle race, he is still 109 over hurdles.

"We will probably aim for Aintree or Punchestown with him."

Cave Court's winning spree included a pair of handicap chases (seeing him reach a mark of 123) and two handicap hurdles between August and September.
