Jockey Gary Noonan has been airlifted to Cork University Hospital (CUH) following a fall at Killarney today, with his situation believed to have improved following a heavy fall in the second race.

Noonan fell from Je Suis Celebre at the third-last flight and while initially unconscious and had taken time to come around, left the racecourse conscious, by helicopter to CUH.

The following handicap hurdle was delayed by 54 minutes, and updates may be issued later.
