Child's play for Punchestown

Following the success of the Family Day at the Punchestown Festival the racecourse has announced details of an on-going commitment to children with the launch of their Free Junior Jockey Fun Club.

A trackside marquee will be in place for the remaining 6 meetings at Punchestown this year catering for children aged 3-12 years.

Activities will include Bouncy Castle, Pony rides, Face painting and themed food in Dobbins Food Hall.

Announcing details Stacey Forde, Junior Jockey Fun Club co-ordinator said: “we are delighted with the number of children and families coming racing to Punchestown and we feel it’s important that racing is a fun and budget friendly day for all the family. The children of today are the race goers of tomorrow.”
