Clemmie has Del Mar & Newmarket options A trip to the Breeders' Cup and the Fillies' Mile at Newmarket are under consideration for Clemmie following her triumph in Saturday's Cheveley Park Stakes. Following summer successes in the Grangecon Stud Stakes at the Curragh and the Duchess of Cambridge Stakes on the July Course, the daughter of Galileo secured her first Group One victory on the Rowley Mile and hardened at the head of ante-post lists for next year's 1000 Guineas. After strengthening his hand for the fillies' Classic when Happily beat the boys in the Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere at Chantilly on Sunday, trainer Aidan O'Brien said: "We were half-thinking that Clemmie might go to the Breeders' Cup and we have the Fillies' Mile to think about." Clemmie is a best priced 4-1 market-leader for the 1000 Guineas, with Happily next best at 6-1.
