Collins happy with Majestic run Tracey Collins will speak with the Godolphin camp before making future plans for Majestic Queen following her fine effort in France over the weekend. Sheikh Mohammed's bloodstock advisor John Ferguson went to £825,000 to acquire the dual Group Three winner on the eve of Royal Ascot and connections are keen to increase her potential broodmare value. The five-year-old filled the runner-up spot on her first start in the Godolphin blue in last month's Brownstown Stakes at Fairyhouse and ran another excellent race in defeat when sixth, beaten just over two lengths, in Sunday's Group One Prix Maurice de Gheest. Collins said: "It was a very good performance in what was a very high-class race. "I'm maybe a little bit disappointed she didn't finish fourth as she got tightened up for a few strides. "All Group Ones are tough, obviously, but it was a particularly strong event and to finish as close as she did was a really good effort, so we're delighted. "She's come out of it well and we'll have to re-evaluate now, speak to her owners and make a plan. "Hopefully we might be able to pick up some more black type before the end of the year." Majestic Queen holds entries in next month's Betfred Sprint Cup at Haydock, as well as the Qipco British Champions Sprint on Champions Day at Ascot.
