Covert Love supplemented for Yorkshire Oaks Covert Love, emphatic winner of the Darley Irish Oaks, has been supplemented for the Darley Yorkshire Oaks at York on Thursday. Hugo Palmer's filly has made enormous strides in such a short pace time, from claiming a maiden at Chelmsford in May to winning a Classic at the Curragh. Covert Love is among 16 possibles for the Group One, which is also open to four-year-old fillies and mares. The list includes the Jessica Harrington-trained Jack Naylor and David Wachman's Curvy, who were second and third respectively behind her last month. Aidan O'Brien has two remaining entries, Wednesday's Gowran scorer Easter and Outstanding, who was third in the Belmont Oaks in New York on her latest start. O'Brien said: "Magician's sister Outstanding will probably go for the Yorkshire Oaks." Jim Bolger has left in his Irish 1,000 Guineas heroine Pleascach as well as Altesse, while recent Galway winner Dark Crusader could represent Tony Martin. The others in the mix are Arabian Comet, Bright Approach, Crystal Zvezda, Lady Of Dubai, Lustrous, Madame Chiang, Miss Marjurie and Sea Calisi, trained in France by Francois Doumen.
