The ground at the Curragh is now good on the straight track and good, good to firm in places on the round course.

There is the possibility of isolated showers this morning.

It is set to be mainly dry this afternoon with temperatures in the mid 20s.

Curragh Surface Dries Ahead of Weekend Classic

Light showers are forecast on Saturday morning with heavier rain developing after racing into early Sunday morning (2-7mm approx).

Fairyhouse race next Wednesday and the going is now good to firm with selective watering taking place.

High temperatures are forecast today with a thunderstorm warning in place until 6pm.

Temperatures are reducing over the weekend with scattered showers.
