Curragh ground eases after rain

The ground has eased slightly at the Curragh following 4mm of rain overnight.

It is now good, good to yielding in places on the straight course while the round track is good after selective watering yesterday.

The forecast today is mainly dry while tomorrow is set to be windy with the possibility of scattered showers. Saturday and Sunday are forecast to be dry.

The ground at Roscommon is good ahead of Monday's meeting.

There is the possibilty of 15-20mm of rain prior to racing with temperatures up to 18-22 degrees.

The jumps return at Tipperary on Tuesday and the going is currently good to yielding

The middle leg of a three-day fixture at Limerick junction is a Flat card and it's good, good to firm in places for the action on the level.

They are monitoring the situation regarding watering the Flat line. It is set to be mainly dry today and tomorrow with the possibility of 3mm of rain over the weekend.

Bellewstown race next Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Following 70mm of rain in last 14 days it is good for the Flat, after selective watering.

It is good, good to firm in places for the national hunt and watering continues on the outer national hunt line.

The forecast is mild and unsettled with 5-10mm of rain forecast prior to racing on Thursday.
