Curragh plan for Logic

Mick Channon issued on upbeat report on his unbeaten filly Queen`s Logic today.

The daughter of Grand Lodge was unable to take her place in yesterday`s Sagitta 1000 Guineas after being found lame early on Saturday morning.

Hopes were high that she would recover from a minor foot problem in time to line-up at Newmarket, but she was forced to miss the race.

Channon says she is now fine and on course to gain compensation in the Entenmann`s Irish 1000 Guineas at the Curragh at the end of the month.

'She`s sound this morning,' the trainer told attheraces today. 'Hopefully within a day or two we will get a shoe back on her but that`s history now, we`ve just got to get on with it.

'The Irish Guineas then the Coronation - that`s the plan. I`ve just spoke to the owner and everything`s good and she`s sound again.'
