This fellow has been a marvellous servant for owners, Henry Ponsonby Racing Who Dares Wins, winning a Grade Two novice chase at this venue and the Queen Alexandra at Royal Ascot in 2020. However he hasn't been so good in his last two efforts, over flights and on the level, and has a task on to give weight away all round. At the other end of the handicap Marquand's partner Hollie Doyle is aboard Amtiyaz for John Gosden. This Frankel colt is at the head of the market and could take a bit of beating as he's unexposed at two miles.
