Dundalk gears up for its July extravaganza Dundalk is set to host its most-anticipated event of the year: Ladies Day on Saturday, July 12th. This day provides horse racing, greyhound action, live music and fashion - making it an ultimate summer outing for everyone. The day kicks off with an afternoon of horse racing. Then, as the sun begins to set, the greyhound action sees the return of the Time Greyhound Nutrition Sponsored Dundalk International, the richest one-off greyhound race of its kind. Six of the finest greyhounds from the UK and Ireland will battle it out for the prestigious title and an impressive purse. The spotlight shines on the ladies with the highly-anticipated Ladies-Day competition. Fashionistas are invited to showcase their most-stylish race-day attire for a chance to win a phenomenal top prize, generously sponsored by the Fairways Hotel. The top five finalists will also receive exclusive goodie bags. The judging panel, featuring Grainne McCoy and renowned milliner Suzanne Ryan, will be on the lookout for the most impeccably dressed racegoer. The dedicated Ladies Day Terrace is back in full swing, offering an elevated experience. Guests can indulge at the stylish Gin Bar and Prosecco Wall, capture memories at the 360-degree photo booth, and dance the day away to the beats of our live DJ. For those seeking an elevated experience, premium packages are available. This offering includes a reserved table for the entire day, expert racing tips before the horse races, privileged access to the Ladies Day judges, canapés, a bubbly reception, and a four-course evening-meal.
