You Oughta Know made all and ultimately trounced his three rivals in the feature Pat Farrell Memorial Rated Novice Chase.

Beaten into second by War Correspondent on his most recent start, the Willie Mullins-trained seven-year-old was expected to turn the tables on that rival this evening and was returned the 11/10 favourite.

Jumping well throughout and travelling best approaching the straight, the Luke McMahon-owned victor soon extended his advantage and eventually came home 23-lengths to the good.

The outsider of the field at 8/1, Fine Margin filled the runner-up spot to complete a 1,2 for Mullins, with the Joseph O'Brien-trained Intellotto (13/8) a disappointing third.

"He really enjoyed his jumping today and I think that's what won it for him. I think that trip of two-miles and three-and-a-half furlongs is far enough for him," Mullins reflected.

"Since they've changed direction here it's a completely different track. It's much tougher.

"I suppose we will be looking towards Listowel, a two-mile or two-and-a-half mile race, if he recovers well enough from this. We'll keep him to summer tracks for the time being."
