Ebadiyan Out Again on Saturday

Ebadiyan is to make a quick reappearance at Punchestown on Saturday following his facile success at Naas.

The four-year-old is stepping up in class for the Grade Three Punchestown Juvenile Hurdle after winning by 22 lengths when making all the running on Sunday.

"He won in a canter at Naas, he never had a race," said trainer Oliver Brady.

"Those are just the tactics we used on Sunday. I doubt he'll be bowling along on Saturday. It depends on the speed the other ones are going. If they are going too slow we'll be up at the front, if they're going fast we'll be sitting in."

Brady paid just 18,000 for the Daylami gelding at Goffs Sales out of John Oxx's stable and now has his eyes on the JCB Triumph Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival.

Ebadiyan is generally available at 25-1 for the juvenile championship on March 13.
