The ground at Roscommon is now good (NH) and yielding (Flat) following 8mm rain overnight. Further rain is expected later today.

The eight race mixed card commences at 5.15 this evening. The Tulsk handicap at 6.20 is the most valuable race on the card worth 20,000 euro. Michael Halford's Bensoon is the morning favourite to continue the trainer's great run.

Horse Racing Ireland has advised that due to large entry and pressure on stabling at Roscommon, trainers are asked to vacate their horses in first three races as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, Fairyhouse races tomorrow and the going is good to firm (10.5mm rain overnight). The forecast is unsettled with spells of heavy and persistent rain today and tomorrow. Seven flat races get under way at 6.00pm.

Elsewhere, Leopardstown has an evening card on Thursday starting at 5.55. The going Is currently firm after only 1.5mm of rain overnight. Watering will begin today.

Ahead of Cork's fixture on Sunday featuring the Group 3 Noblesse Stakes, the ground is currently good (sprint track) and good to firm (round course) following 12mm rain overnight.
