Going update for the weekend

The Group 2 Galileo EBF Futurity Stakes is the feature at the Curragh tomorrow where the going is currently described as good to yielding on the straight course and good on the round course.

Ballinrobe hosts an all National Hunt meeting on Sunday, and the ground has quickened up at the western track to good to firm. Watering will take place if necessary.

There is Flat action at Cork on Monday, and the going is currently good to firm (firm in places).

Watering will be carried out at the southern venue if needed but that may not be necessary as the forecast is unsettled for the next few days.

Racing takes place today at both Wexford and Kilbeggan. A seven race Flat card at Wexford gets underway at 4.45pm, and some watering has been carried out to maintain the good to firm going.

The 80-102 rated 2m6f handicap hurdle has been divided at Kilbeggan to form an eight race jumping meeting beginning at 4.35pm. The going is good.
