Overnight rainfall has further softened ground conditions ahead of this weekend's fixtures.

There has been 5mm of rain overnight at Cork, ahead of tomorrow's meeting, with the ground currently soft to heavy and further heavy rain is forecast between now and racing.

At Fairyhouse, which races on Sunday, 10mm of rain has fallen since entries with the ground currently soft, yielding to soft in places. Heavy showers are forecast today and Saturday and it is forecast to be mainly dry on Sunday.
