Following a dry 24 hours, the going for Naas’ meeting today, is now yielding to soft on the straight course and yielding on the round.

The Kildare course stages an eight race Flat card beginning at 2.07pm and while some rain if forecast for this morning, it is set to clear before racing.

Following no measurable rain, Downpatrick, which races on Friday, remains yielding, yielding to soft in places with the possibility of 10mm of rain prior to racing tomorrow.

Gowran, which races on Saturday, is yielding to soft with showers forecast for today and unsettled thereafter with 10-34mm of rain forecast for Friday and Saturday.

Navan, which also races on Saturday, is yielding, good to yielding in places with the possibility of 5-10mm of rain over coming days. New EasyFix traditional style hurdles with white markings will be in use for their national hunt meeting.
