After a dry 24 hours, the ground at Leopardstown remains good ahead of the first day of Irish Champions Weekend with an eight race card getting under way at 12.40pm.

The forecast is for a mainly dry day with the possibility of an occasional shower.

The featured Irish Champion Stakes is the fifth race on the card at 2.45pm.

Laughifuwant (temperature) and Blue For You (off feed) are out of the concluding seven furlong handicap at 4.20pm with the three reserves for that race having been withdrawn at yesterday's earlier cut-off point.

Rain arrived during and after yesterday's racing at Doncaster and the ground is now described as good to soft, soft in places for today's Cazoo St Leger card. The big race on Town Moor is off at 3.35pm.
