Irish trainers well represented in Perth Gordon Elliott will be well represented at Perth on Tuesday with runners declared in each of the seven races at the Scottish track. Dove Mountain, who is also declared at Galway today, could get the ball rolling in the opening Strongbow Dark Fruit Novices' Hurdle while Hostile Fire is one of just two runners in the Dine And Race With The Bothy Novices' Chase. Tajseer represents the Elliott team in the Dangleberries Rock The Races Maiden Hurdle with 12-year-old Russian Regent leading the way in the Mackie's Moosical Magic Handicap Chase. Blake Dean contests the extended two mile handicap hurdle, Nefyn Bay lines up in the perthlodge.co.uk Handicap Chase and Western Home rounds off the evening in the closing Limagrain Amateur Riders' Handicap Hurdle. Colin McBratney also fields a couple of runners with Quickasyoucan tackling Western Home while Mountain Kingdom takes on Dove Mountain. Stuart Crawford has also declared three runners at Perth while Mark McNiff, Patrick Griffin, Paul Stafford and Sean McParlan also have runners.
