Last Goodbye has handicap option Liz Doyle will bide her time with Last Goodbye, with an outing over the Christmas period likely to be on his agenda. Second behind the useful Disko on his chasing bow, Last Goodbye could finish only sixth behind Haymount last time. Doyle said: "Last Goodbye is in good form. He has run in a couple of good races over fences. "I'm contemplating sticking him in a handicap, maybe over Christmas, just to see how he will go. "The beginners chases over the next while are going to be very hot, so we might have a look at a handicap for him. "Hopefully he will hold his own in nice handicaps in the second half of the year."
