< Feasta foiled a big gamble on Late Rosebud when getting up late to pip that rival in the Follow Leopardstown On Facebook Maiden at Leopardstown.

Late Rosebud was backed into 4-5 favouritism before the off and broke smartly, looking to make every yard.

Jimk Bolger's Feasta (7-1) was having none of it, though, and she picked up really well in the final furlong for Kevin Manning, who was able to start easing down near the line as she scored by a neck.

Great Excplorer gave Aidan and Joseph O'Brien yet another winner when outbattling Minister Of Mayhem to land the Order Of Malta Ambulance Corps 75th Handicap.

O'Brien junior had been on board four of his father's five winners at Naas on Wednesday, though he looked there to be shot at in the closing stages here.

The 5-6 favourite kept finding more, however, and resisted Minister Of Mayhem's late charge by half a length.< Waver was one of O'Brien's five winner at Naas, but he could not repeat the dose 24 hours later as Weather Watch scooted clear in the 'Ryan Sheridan' Handicap.

Moving upsides Waver and Night Invader approaching the furlong pole, Jessica Harrington's 13-2 chance ran riot in the final furlong, pulling easily clear of Night Invader.< Saxo Jack got the better of odds-on favourite Al Destoor to land the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden.

Ger Lyons' 5-1 chance put the race to his rivals from a long way out under Gary Carroll, but kept finding plenty to beat the market leader by three and a half lengths.< Captain Cullen finished much the strongest to land the Leopardstown Apprentice Handicap under Colin Keane.

The 16-1 chance looked to have ground to make up on Knights Templar after bursting out of the pack a furlong out, but Gerard Keane's charge finished with a flourish to score by half a length.
