Longhunter wins in America The ex-Kevin Prendergast trained Longhunter was on the mark in America on Friday, winning the Alligator Alley Stakes for new trainer Christophe Clement. The son of Halling, successful in the Listed Blenheim Stakes on his last start in Ireland, won well on what was his second U.S. appearance, recording an easy win. Ridden by Julien Leparoux, Longhunter circled four wide to easily overtake the leaders into the stretch before pulling away to record his third career win. Thomas Weekes
