Assistant Trainer Shane Lyons is looking forward to Naomi Lapaglia running in the Group 3 Meadow Court Stakes at the Curragh on Sunday.

Third on both runs since joining Ger Lyons earlier this year, the five-year-old gives the impression that she will be suited to this step up in trip.

Placed on her final two starts for Richard Spencer over 10-furlongs, Shane Lyons feels that returning to that distance will be a positive: "We always thought she wanted a mile and two (furlongs).

"She will really appreciate any bit of rain that falls, she'll like a bit of juice.

"She's in good form, so we are looking forward to her running."
