All is set fair for a cracking day to end the showpiece meeting, with three Group Ones taking place in quick succession with the Coronation Stakes, St James’s Palace Stakes — which features a 2000 Guineas rematch between Pinatubo and Wichita — and Diamond Jubilee Stakes, all live on Sky Sports Racing. At the end of racing on Friday, the going was good to soft on the straight course and soft, good to soft in places on the round course. Clerk of the course Chris Stickels said: “It has been dry since racing on Friday. “The forecast is for today to be mainly dry, with the possibility of an occasional shower.”
