Mares' Hurdle the long-term plan for Snow Charlie Longsdon is not ruling out sending Snow Leopardess on more trips abroad after she struck gold in France last week. The Grade Two-winning hurdler made a successful return to action on Wednesday when taking a conditions hurdle at Auteuil. Although the OLBG Mares' Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival remains the five-year-old's long-term target, the Chipping Norton handler is keen to explore other options in France later in the campaign. Longsdon said: "It was a race we wanted to have a look at and it is nice when a plan comes together. She was fine after the race and seems to have taken it well. "She will probably go back to France in the spring, but between now and then hopefully we can run in a couple of nice handicaps and the Cheltenham mares' race is the long-term plan."
