Market drifter Zillow landed the concluding Bar One Racing Bet 10 Get 50 Handicap at Dundalk for Willie Mullins and Joey Sheridan.

As short as 7/4 this morning, the Zoffany gelding was allowed go off at 15/2.  Produced to challenge over a furlong out, the winner got the better of a good tussle with Star Harbour who carried him left late on, by a short head.

A winner over hurdles at Kilbeggan last month, the five-year-old had won twice on the level in France and this was his first Flat start in Ireland.

He carries the colours of the H O S Syndicate who also own smart dual-purpose performers Ethical Diamond and Absurde.

Sheridan said: “I wasn’t worried about the horse (Star Harbour) flashing down the outside because he obviously wears blinkers for a reason.

“He probably got there plenty soon and I knew my lad would stay well, off his hurdles run.

“David Casey and Willie just told me to keep it nice and smooth with him. I only hit him one or two flicks, I didn’t have to get serious with him. He’s a grand horse.

“He handled that surface and travelled around great. He’ll be a grand horse for next year in those summer handicaps.”
