More Practice Needed For Plan Henry de Bromhead admits it was disappointing to see Some Plan crash out in Sunday's Arkle Trophy Trial Novices' Chase at Cheltenham on Sunday. The eight-year-old had won on his chasing bow and was well in contention in the Grade Two heat when coming down at the penultimate fence. De Bromhead felt his charge was still in with a shout and is now planning some schooling sessions at home. He said: "Some Plan looked to be going well. It's just a shame he got the fence completely wrong, it's disappointing. "He'd jumped well up until then but these things happen. We'll work on his jumping when he gets home."
