MOSCOW FLYER SET FOR CHRISTMAS RETURN

Moscow Flyer, who made a dramatic exit at Sandown last Saturday, will seek compensation in the Paddy Power Dial-A-Bet Chase at Leopardstown on December 27.

Moscow Flyer ran into the back of Flagship Uberalles after jumping the fifth fence in the Mitsubishi Shogun Tingle Creek Trophy.

'The horse is fit and well and will take his chance at Christmas,' said trainer Jessica Harrington on Thursday.

Meanwhile Mrs Harrington confirmed that Spirit Leader, who won the William Hill Handicap Hurdle on the same card, may be aimed at the Pierse Handicap Hurdle (formerly the Ladbroke) at Leopardstown in January.

'It depends what weight she gets,' she said. 'And if the weight is too high she will go for the Tote Gold Trophy at Newbury in February. Thereis also a chance that she will run in both races.'
