Moscow In Flying Form

Moscow Flyer came through his final schooling session with flying colours before he starts a new winter campaign at Navan on Sunday.

Ridden by regular partner Barry Geraghty, the dual Queen Mother Champion Chase hero jumped three fences at trainer Jessica Harrington´s stables in County Kildare.

The 11-year-old is on course for the two-mile Fortria Chase, having won the Grade Two contest for the past two seasons.

'He jumped three fences this morning with Barry on board,' said Mrs Harrington.

'It went grand and we´re looking forward to Navan on Sunday.'

Moscow Flyer is currently the highest-rated chaser in Britain, having won 26 races and more than 1Million in prize money.

He is already as short as 5-4 favourite to win the Queen Mother Champion Chase for a third time at Cheltenham in March.
